We keep your data for 6 (six) years after you have terminated our tax agent services or have left our company is a working candidate. After 6 (six) years it may be used for business planning purposes only.

• Marketing Data - unless we interact with you either online or offline, then after a period of 2 (two) years we will automatically remove you from our marketing database. We regard an 'interaction' as either you reading a marketing email sent by us or engaging and purchasing any of our services or products.

We will appropriately and securely dispose of your personal data when it is no longer required.

We anticipate these short periods not being longer then 2 (two) weeks for email and 8 (eight) weeks for post.
